Daria Gamulina was born on 27th of June, 1987. She was studying to become a professional book illustrator, than, she made the decision to change her sphere of interest and continued her studies on the Faculty of fashion and design. In 2013 she graduated from the Stieglitz Art and Industry Academy in St Petersburg. After she became a winner of the Young Designers City Competition “Russian Silhouette” she was awarded a trip to Venice. Inspired by Santiago Calatrava’s architecture, Daria created a contemporary collection "SANTIAGO", where she mixed fashion with the innovations of kinetic sculpture. After internship in “Albatros” studio in Paris, where Daria was studying a design of a scenic costume she performed her new collection with a great success. Her solo exhibition "Enfant terrible" took place in St Petersburg in one of the best fine art galleries in 2014,also took part in a group exhibition on old and famous place in the Louvre.
